As the chief executive of a successful charity, I have spent the last 10 years growing a novice team of 4 into a thriving team of 40. It has always been my guiding principle that in order to succeed, people must truly understand and connect with their purpose.
I work with people at all stages of their leadership development including chief executives, managers, people with lived experience and volunteers. In addition to one to one coaching, I facilitate small groups through team coaching and action learning.
Clients report that I combine enthusiasm and appropriate challenge with a calm, still presence. My aim is to provide a safe space which allows the essential conditions that we need to think well.
I work to the highest standards under the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, am fully insured, undertake regular supervision and am active in developing my own practice.
